I wanted to take a few minutes to update my review here. We've been a consistent customer for ~8 years now and plan to continue. Based on the 8 years since my last review, I feel they've earned the bump up to 5 stars! During this time there was 1 incident where a cleaner accidentally broke something, but the company was very quick to make it right. The thing I have come to appreciate most is communication and consistency. We can always count on clear communication from them at about the same time every week via email with the time window for our cleaning the next day. This is very helpful for us planning our schedules.

Happy with the whole process. Consultation was great and very thorough. The team that came to my home today for the first cleaning was great!
